The outdoor space is made for entertaining — complete with comfortable lounge seating, a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and festive lighting that sets the mood for unforgettable nights.

Inside, you’ll find a modern open-concept layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with large-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. Both bedrooms are designed for comfort, with plush bedding and stylish decor to ensure a restful stay.

Events and parties for 7 people are welcome. For any larger gatherings, please message the host for approval at the time of booking.

Minimum age of renter is 21 years.

The swimming pool is not heated.

Dogs are welcome guests if registered and approved in advance with a $200 pet fee. There is no weight limit. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the home and not barking or disturbing neighbors. The guest must clean up all pet messes inside and outside of the home. Damages or extra dirtiness will result in additional fees. Please place a tray under your pet’s water and food bowls to prevent moisture damage to the wood floors. Please ensure the dog is groomed with nails trimmed and filed prior to arrival to prevent scratches.

The boat lift on-site is available to use with an additional $125 fee. Please notify us if you are planning to use the boat lift.

Everything about this rental property was perfect for us! The house was clean and the surrounding area had close by restaurants and places to go and things to do. One of the features we liked best was there was not a big tent screen around the pool. I know what the function of the screen is, but to us it always feels a little dark around the pool and not the nice bright sunshine that we were looking for so this was a plus for us. The communication with the Vrbo host was magnificent as well as the owner of the property. I would recommend this home to anyone and I am looking forward to returning next year.
