Beautifully converted barn, very cosy and suitable to stay with a family. Location is very convenient, right in the heart of Cley and within walking distance of the beach.

This is a beautiful barn conversion in the middle of equally beautiful Cley Next The Sea. It is very well appointed - being both light and cosy. Loads of hot water, nice towels and bedding. We had everything we needed for our group of six friends walking the Coastal Path. We loved the big log burner too.Rachel was always available and very pleasant. We would definitely return.

This is a really lovely property with a huge central space that’s great for relaxing in with lots of books and a very well equipped kitchen. There are walks to go on, straight out of the door. I would be very happy to stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

The Manor House Barn has modern equipment and very comfortable beds and furniture, while retaining the tradition looks and feel of the building. This seems to dovetail with the rest of Cley-Next-The-Sea and it was nice to be part of the activity in the area, if only for the week.The wildlife ( weasel, otter, deer, hares, barn owl, marsh harrier, to name just a few seen ) the sunsets, the beaches and the range of shops are what attracts us to North Norfolk and staying at Manor House Barn enhances the whole experience.Its a great place to stay and we hope to visit in the future.

Lovely property in the best location. Great hosts, discreet, but there if you need them. The barn has great space with everything you need. The parking for the property is excellent, which is at the rear of the property not at the front as you might assume from the photos in the advert.

The barn was perfect for our family holiday . Cosy and welcoming with super helpful and kind hosts meeting all our needs . We loved the space and cleanliness of the property . The beds were very comfy. The location of the property is perfect being in the heart of Cley village .

The Barn is a delightfully impressive holiday home. Spacious main room is an understatement. Wood burner proved to be very efficient, The bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size and well equipped. Located in the centre of the lovely village of Cley with 2 parking spaces. Major attractions are nearby with good shops in Holt and Sheringham. Lots of quality restaurants within reach or a short stroll to the George & Dragon for vg pub fare.We have been at least 6 times and will go again. Thank you Rachel for making our stay such a pleasure.

Access was easy, and the property was delightful. We spent a week in December, and one needed plenty of warm clothing. Bathroom access from the double / twin room, at night is rather awkward, especially if your of a certain age.A great place in the summer !

Comfortable and well equipped, with lots of books! An ideal area for birdwatching and marsh walking. Parking was a bit of a problem occasionally, but was easily resolved.

Further to Jan’s feedback about parking, to avoid any confusion we now fully clarify to guests before arrival exactly where the 2 parking spaces are in front of the barn. This has proved very helpful to guests and we have not had any parking issues since.
