Smoking/Vaping: Please no smoking inside and dispose of your remnants properly. Fine up to $1000 will be imposed for extra clean up and odor removal.

Fire Ban Status: To protect our beautiful Hill Country the county may impose a burn ban when necessary. It is the guests responsibility to check the status before using outdoor fire pit. To do so, you can call the Comal County Fire Marshal and press option 1.

The host was great. But we never really needed to contact her. The amenities were up to date and we had everything we needed. The view is AMAZING! The house is designed perfectly for a large family. The downstairs has been made into its own small apartment and was great for watching football.
