- Spacious Sleeping Accommodations: Five beautifully appointed bedrooms. There is a master ensuite (king bed), jr. suite ensuite (queen bed), and three additional bedrooms (each with a queen bed). Plus, two (2) twin rolling beds can be requested. There is a total of 7 beds (when the twin rolling beds are requested before arrival). There is a total of 3-1/2 bathrooms.

A great family visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful, with nice furnishings and great beds. We enjoyed the deck and had several meals outside. The property management company was very responsive to anything we needed.

I would not recommend this property to others. I understand having outdoor surveillance for security reasons, but was very surprised to find they were actually watching us! My husband brought our dog out to the back of the house and he accidentally peed on the deck. Yes, our bad. My husband immediately went in to grab water to wash it off. It made me uncomfortable when they then texted me a picture of my husband and dog on the back deck, saying they had seen what happened.Another issue was the dirty bath water leaking from the second floor bathroom through a light fixture to the kitchen sink on the first floor. It wasn’t a drip.. it was a constant stream. And this must have been an ongoing issue as the wall in that area was warped and the paint coming off.Lastly, this home is listed as a 5 bedroom. The “fifth bedroom” is a finished area on the bottom floor. There is no door.. there is no privacy.. and even Redfin shows the home as a 4 bedroom. It’s fine if you want to say there are 5 beds in the home, but you should be more transparent about the space.

We appreciate the prompt cleanup of the deck, and following checkout, the outdoor space was fully sanitized. Plumbing Issue: We apologize for the unsightly state of the trim around the kitchen window. Tracking down the leak was challenging, but the plumbing issue has since been fully repaired and restored. Layout & Bedroom Count: We appreciate your feedback regarding the lower-level sleeping area. We strive for complete accuracy in our listing and are updating the property description to clearly detail the open-concept layout of this space so future guests know exactly what to expect. We appreciate your input, as it helps us make essential improvements to our home and guest experience.
