Inadequate kitchen

The kitchen was very under supplied. Mismatched dishes and stemware. Utensils mismatched and inadequate. Dishwasher did not clean dishes. Need more lamps. Patio furniture in poor shape. Rusted and cushions worn. Overall needs updating. Pool area needs supervised. Too much drinking and foul language. Hot tub was continually used by kids. One family said that's why they rented so their kids had a hot tub. They even emptied a bottle of Dish detergent for bubbles that lasted a week! Lots of people cutting through from off property to get to beach. Will not be back.

It was right on the beach. did not like going through pool area to get to beach, but not too bad. Wish there were chairs/umbrellas closer to property to rent for beach days. Condo was very nice and perfect for a beach vacay

Great location

Location is excellent. Right on the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Pool was perfect for the kids. Overall the room was fine but could use some updating and added kitchen amenities.

Condo on the Beach

Great condo located right on the beach! Within walking distance of many restaurants and locations of interest (Pass-a-Grille, Corey Avenue, etc...). Had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

If you want to be on the beach, this place is for you. Beach was quiet and beautiful! Cabana rentals were easily available right outside the condo. 10 minute drive to Fort De Soto and 15 minutes to St. John’s Pass made the location perfect. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Teenagers walked down the beach where more action was & had an awesome time. The condo itself could use some updates and more cookware needed for meal preparation. Condo was dimly lit and could use more lamps.. Other than minor issues, we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Chris and I currently live in Kettering, Ohio but travel to Florida frequently. We were married on Little Palm Island off of Key West 20 years ago. We spend all of our anniversaries on St. Pete Beach so it has become like a second home to us and we have made many dear and close friends from our travels!

The location of this property is absolutely perfect, for everything! We trust that once you visit, you will always be home sick for Vistas on the Gulf, Unit 409!

The condo has been redecorated with additional furniture, bedding, pictures, tropical fans, utensils, etc. The beach is laid back yet has something for everyone! Walking distance to many attractions, grocery, shopping, restaurants, marina's and much more.
