This stay was so beautiful and aesthetic, they were quick to get back to me on some questions, loved the projector and bathrobes were so nice to use, 10/10 recommend, wish it has washer and dryer and microwave but we made sure it was still perfect
So this is not a entire house it’s like a bunker under there house. Rooms cold af and if u turn heat on and microwave the fuses pop. Have to go outside and flip the breaker a lot. You hear every foot step starting at 7 am until they go to sleep. U hear some kind of water coming down the wall every 10 min. Not enough hot water to take a full shower. Very clean but you have to park on the road I don’t feel is safe. Kitchen that’s a jk hot plate and micro I didn’t want to cook like that. Fridge not big enough for groceries.

The suite offers a spacious, private lower-level layout with its own dedicated entrance, and as noted in the listing, it is part of a home. The homeowners live upstairs and maintain a quiet presence while respecting guest privacy.
To support comfort, we provide multiple heating options, including three space heaters, which are typically more than sufficient for the space. We also shared clear guidance prior to arrival regarding appliance usage to help everything run smoothly.
Regarding the electrical concern, there was a single instance during the stay where a breaker tripped when multiple high-power devices were used at once. We responded promptly, resolved it, and it did not continue afterward.
We did not receive any communication during the stay indicating the space was cold or that additional support was needed, and we’re always happy to assist in real time when guests reach out.
The kitchenette is designed for convenience and everyday use and is best suited for light to moderate cooking rather than large-scale meal preparation.
