Watkins Glen State Park, Taughannock, Buttermilk Falls, Letchworth & Wineries. Hiking beautiful trails & Ithaca gorges. Fishing, Kayaking, boating on the surrounding Fingerlakes

Full size kitchen, table with 4 chairs, island with 2 stools. Full size cooking range. Full size refrigerator/freezer. Microwave, toaster and Air fryer. Coffee maker, tea pot and a single Keurig.
Stocked with coffee pods, fresh ground coffee, hot chocolate, teabags and snacks.
Paper plates, cups and plastic ware conveniently available.
Dishes, glasses, including wine glasses, cooking utensils, silverware, pots & pans

Full size bathroom with shower stall. Towels, wash cloths, hand towels and toiletries provided. Hair dryer and curling iron.
Washer/Dryer with laundry supplies provided.

Spacious living room with 1 futon, 42” TV, ceiling fan, bench has storage for extra blankets, sheets and pillows.

Quiet outdoor deck watching the deer passing through the yard, or star gazing around a fire pit.

Private entrance in the rear of our home. Easy access from a lighted driveway along with lighted walkway leading to a lighted deck.

What a find! Just what we were looking for - quiet with a lot of outdoor space, cozy and well-furnished. The owners went above and beyond, including gifts of local products. Loved having both a BBQ and a fire pit. Would definitely stay there again!

Had a wonderful stay. Lisa and Ralph were great hosts; responsive and informative communication, all amenities you would need are available, and they even had snacks and drinks, as well as a gift of some local products. Such a nice touch.The place was clean, comfortable, and as described. Would definately reccomend, and would stay again.

My five month old GSP and I relaxed in a beautifully appointed apartment/cottage aproximately 20 minutes from Ithaca, NY.Surrounded by rolling farmland we enjoyed many snacks and drinks complements of the hosts. Everything worked perfectly and it was very clean and peaceful.

This was the nicest, most comfortable space to stay in! It is peaceful, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Our hosts left us lovely little amenities and having a washing machine and dryer was especially nice. There is a private deck over-looking the yard that is perfect for enjoying a nice glass of wine and reading. We felt so welcome! Ralph and Lisa are the nicest people and we can't wait to go back.

WONDERFUL stay!! Everything was exactly as listed. Felt very safe, beautiful place, very well decorated and clean. Pet friendly. The hosts very communicative and accommodating. This is my second time staying here (my son plays baseball in neighboring cortland) and it was just as perfect as the 1st time. Very clean and it has everything you could possibly need for your stay. They even leave you with goodies and a personalized note upon arrival. All the small touches are great.

Each place was amazing and accommodating to our stay. We recently renovated an apartment attached to our house, so we decided to have an Airbnb ourselves. Understanding the importance of guests from our experience, we have the perfect place. We love fishing, camping, nature and ocean beaches.
