Scenic Home On Golf Course & Ski Resort

This 4 BR home is located on the 2nd hole of the Coffee Mill Golf Course. The home features panoramic view with a large walk around deck with screened and open porch.

The main level has a sunny master suite with a king bed and a 3/4 bath. The main floor has a large living room with a vaulted ceiling and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has island seating for 4 and the dining room table will seat 10. Off the kitchen is a den with a built in office desk, a small gas stove, TV and sectional. Through French doors from the den, there is a three season porch where you can sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Off this porch you can move to large wrap around deck with a gas grill and a large screened area with seating for 6. This overlooks the large backyard, Mississippi Valley bluffs and the golf course.

The lower level has 3 large bedrooms with queen size beds. There is a full bath in the lower level. There is also a queen sofabed in the lower level family room, a double futon, a twin bed and a single futon.

On the main level, there's a full size laundry room with a washer and dryer.

There is security camera located outside the home showing the driveway and access.

Note about Rates: Please be aware that the nightly rate is a rate for 4 adults. Additional guests are charged at a rate of $25/per person per night. The maximum number of guests allowed is 12. No events or large gatherings allowed without prior consent. If you plan to have a large number of visitors during your stay, please let us know.

A beautiful home and an excellent host. If you’re visiting Wabasha with a group (or are just looking for some room to stretch your legs out) this is the stay you’re looking for. All the amenities you could ask for - cooking in was as easy as at home. Plenty of room outside to keep the kids busy - and the screened in dining area on the deck is perfect for enjoying the Minnesota fresh air and sunshine. We couldn’t have been happier!

Fantastic Fall in Wabasha

This home was the perfect spot for our whole family to stay while in town for a wedding. The property is lovely, right on the golf course with deer wandering by and lots of birds! We couldn’t have found a better getaway!

We were looking for property on the bluffs in Wabasha on the golf course. This property is close to the top of a ski run with a chair lift so whether you golf, ski, snowmobile or just want a scenic break, this property is magnificent.
