Greeting and Welcome to Seattle!!! House built in 2024. This is a private 2 queen beds, 1 bath on the spacious living area lower floor. House w/ A/C near airport.

Close to SeaTac airport, Southcenter Mall with lots of Restaurants, Museum of Flight, Downtown (~20min), Space Needle, and plenty of parking. EV 4 prongs 240V charging outlet is available "FREE". Please bring your own charging cable.

Please do not hesitate to ask if there is anything I can accommodate for a more comfortable stay.

Complimentary coffee, tea & water.

Extended parking available for a small fee.
