Guest Access & Security: – Smart lock system with keyless entry with 24/7 access during your stay. Code will be provided 24 hours before arrival and will expire upon departure. Code will not work prior to arrival. – Exterior security camera at the front & rear entrance (records video/audio when motion is detected) – Noise monitoring device in living room and upstairs hallway (records levels only—no audio/video recording inside). Neighbors are close, this is just to assist with accountability after hours.
House Rules: I kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone. By booking this home, you are agreeing to abide by the following house rules.
***$1000-$1500 fine will be imposed for any violation of the following rules***
1. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM–7AM. 2 Noise levels must be kept strictly under 75 dBA (normal conversation volume) during the day. 3. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, bluetooth speakers, animal barking, etc.) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. 4. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10PM. 5. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times. 6. No smoking allowed in or near entrances of home. Evidence of smoking will be fined $1,500 to cover the cost of smoke removal equipment and cleaning fees. This includes the front, the back and the balcony of the house. 7. No pets are allowed. Service animals permitted with proper documentation. 8. Unauthorized animals will be charged a fine of $250 and the cost of any additional cleaning or damages that can be up to $500. 9. Parties/events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. If the neighbors are disturbed, we reserve the right to ask the guest to vacate the premises with no refund. 10. Guests must maintain all property and furnishings in good order. 11. Guests may only use appliances for their intended use. 12. Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property. 13. All guests are the sole responsibility of the occupant who made the reservation. 14. Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit. 15. Guests are responsible for doing a walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the property.

The host was incredibly responsive and kind. The space was incredible! Amazing location near public transportation, restaurants, a Walgreens, coffee shops, bars, etc! Easy to walk around, check in/out was very simple, and there was plenty of comfortable space for 5 of us.

Smooth check in and check out. Yerelyne’s place was very clean. Having a parking spot was a huge plus. Just one minor hiccup during our trip, which Yerelyne addressed immediately. Yerelyne was very responsive to my questions. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality, Yerelyne!
Our host was very warm and responsive. The home is beautiful with thoughtful hotel-like amenities, fancy light up bathroom mirrors, plenty of bath towels, nice bath products including lotion. There were extra blankets in the bedrooms and living room, although it was easy to control the indoor temperature during our wintery stay. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The coffee pot/Keureg was great, and there was plenty of coffee pods, creamers, a variety of sweeteners, even honey sticks and teas. The location was super, just across from the U Street Metro stop. Walgreens and many restaurants close by.
