The house was great--stylish, well-equipped, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, and the view out the back surprisingly wooded for such an urban/suburban setting.

This is a beautiful home with lots of space. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but still a short drive to several restaurants and shopping. The house was nicely furnished including a full kitchen.

Close enough to all the action, away from all the noise

We stayed here with a group of 7 friends for a wedding weekend, and the place was honestly perfect. The house was really spacious, with a lot of natural light, which made it feel open and relaxing.The kitchen had everything we needed, way more than the usual rental setup. All the beds were super comfortable, better than most hotel beds I’ve slept in. The towels were great too, thick and good quality, not the cheap kind. You can tell the hosts didn’t cut corners anywhere.The neighborhood was quiet, which we appreciated, and still really convenient to get to downtown, Zilker, and other spots around Austin. It was the best of both worlds.Overall, great place. We’d definitely book it again.

Perfect house for our group of five

We had five adults in our group for a quick 2-night stay in Austin, and this house was perfect for us! It was super spacious and well-appointed. The living room area with the large windows looking out back was a wonderful place to sit in the mornings and enjoy our coffee/tea. We also liked how the backyard backed up to land instead of other houses, making it feel like we were out in the country. The kitchen island was huge, and so was the table, so even though we only snacked at the house, it would've been fine for a nice meal. The neighborhood was lovely, and we always felt safe. Just wish it had been closer to Downtow,n but it was only a short 10-15 minute drive to everything we wanted to do. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd happily stay here again.

Almost Perfect

The house is amazing! The interior is gorgeous. The kitchen is huge. The floorplan with the two masters (one up and one down) was ideal for our group. The backyard is delightful as well. It was very nearly a perfect stay.On the downside, the air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom blows like a Texas thunderstorm. One of the bedside lamps up there was held together with duct tape. We had a significant amount of trouble with the remotes for the fans downstairs. (People in one room were unwittingly turning on the lights in someone else's room.) The towel bar in the half-bath was hanging by one screw. The downspout for the rain gutter was in danger of falling of the whole time we were there. And one of the bedrooms had a slightly smoky smell.With a few tweaks, this house could be fantastic!
