* This home is self-catering; a small welcome kit is provided, but
guests are encouraged to purchase additional items.

Use of Amenities

* Pool heating is optional and must be requested 48 hours in advance.
It cannot exceed 95°F, and is not effective in cold weather.
Refunds are not available if desired temperatures are not reached
under cold conditions.
* Guests are to place trash in the plastic bin daily to maintain
cleanliness.
* Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee, but
no daily housekeeping is included in the rental rate.
* Some resort amenities may require additional fees, such as the
FlowRider® Surf Simulator.
