Casa Claudio is a four bedroom, three bathroom condo in beautiful Kissimmee Florida. It is newly renovated (January 2016) with new tile, appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with the cool and contemporary colors of Florida. It's top floor end unit location will have you believing you are on a quiet remote island. During your stay, you will receive access to a heated pool, spa, the fitness center, tennis courts, on-site BBQ's and the beautiful view of Buck Lake. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed in each of the master bedrooms, two twin beds in the guest room and kids bunk beds in the fourth room. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, stroller, car seat, step stool, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. It is our hope that Casa Claudio Florida will feel like your second home.

We loved the size of all the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The host responded to questions quickly. This is so close to Animal Kingdom. We also used Uber to get to Epcot and it was about 15 with tip each way.

Welcome to Casa Claudio! Owners Felix and Danielle reside in Colorado and have a 4 year old daughter and two puppies named Ricky and Lucy. Although Felix keeps himself busy at his job as a Police Officer, Martial Arts School Owner and Advanced Motorcycle Training Instructor, he still finds time to enjoy his hobbies which include traveling, motorcycle riding and remodeling vacation properties! Danielle is a stay at home Mom and wife and loves crafting, painting, decorating, music and traveling. She also enjoys assisting guests in making the most out of their stay at Casa Claudio.

We decided to purchase this property because of the amazing location! You are extremely close to Disney World. You can hear and see the fireworks each night. You can also walk to the store, shopping and tons a restaurants. You will not find a more convenient, safe and fun location in Orlando or Kissimmee!

What makes this property unique

With over 1600 Square feet, this four bedroom, three bathroom truly feels like home. The property has an huge, amazing balcony overlooking Buck Lake. Everything has been completely updated and renovated. It is light and airy and simply beautiful!
