Great location, clean unit, met all of our needs. Do you want just make sure that all of the guests can do at least two flights of steps, with one of the bedrooms on the third floor. Great communication from the host.

This property was perfect for our beach vacation! One block off the boardwalk made getting to the boardwalk and beach a breeze. The location is 100% perfect! Rob was very helpful with any questions that I had and responded very promptly. The place was nice and clean when we got there.. And it was a plus that they supply sheets and towels. As well as having lawn chairs, umbrellas, and some other beach toys. Saves on packing all those things. The one thing that I would say is, it would be nice to have a full length mirror in both of the downstairs bedrooms (just cheap ones from Walmart would do). Other than that, we were 100% satisfied and loved our vacation! We hope to come back again next year!

Location is perfect, access to the boardwalk is quick and easy. The AC was switched off when we checked in, so the unit was 88 degrees upon check in. When we went to bed that evening it was 81 degrees. It cooled down overnight but was less than ideal sleeping conditions for all of us. The host was communicative and responsive regarding the issues we were having. Other than that issue, it was clean which is all we really care about in a vacation rental. I wouldn’t describe it as “luxury” per the description but it was a conveniently located clean rental.
