The first night our smoke detector starting beeping in one of the bedrooms. It took 2 days for them to come out. After they came out, it started beeping again on day 3. They came back out after 24 more hours and I had to fix it myself and had to purchase batteries. The sink clogged, bathroom towels were dingy and dirty. Also the drawer under the TV in the living room entertainment center is broken. Then when the hurricane hit and I had to leave 3 days early, I tried to contact RealJoy directly multiple times via email and phone and they still haven’t followed up. Very bad experience

Great property for a family vacation. We had plenty of room for the kids and adults. Elevators where working fast with no real wait times. Even with it being the 4th of July. I would recommend this property if you like staying close to Pier Park so you don't have to drive anywhere.
