Located in the perfect spot of the old survey area of Normanville, this holiday home is a 2 min walk to the village and a 5 min walk to the beach. Sunsets have never been better as you overlook the gorgeous views over the adjacent vacant farmland providing expansive views of Cape Jarvis all from the front yard . This home has two separate living areas and four spacious bedrooms, the main having en-suite and walk in robe.
The size of the allotment allows you plenty of room to move and you have a large undercover outdoor area for entertaining your guests.
In the rear yard you have plenty of room for a family cricket match or enjoy entertaining in the covered outdoor area, complete with a BBQ.
This property is fully fenced.
Within the nearby district you have wineries, fishing and some of the best sightseeing opportunities the Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer.
