Welcome to our beautiful, recently updated second floor 2-bedroom condo in the heart of the desirable South Forest Beach area! Located in Courtside Villas, this spacious and fully stocked unit is perfect for family and friend getaways with our unit comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. 7 Min Walk to Beach!!

Interior & Updates:
The villa features a new bright fun beach-coastal style décor and all new furniture/mattresses, new tvs, and brand-new stainless-steel kitchen appliances. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, mixer, a small crockpot, and everything else you need to cook and eat in. The living room has a 65-inch flat-screen TV, two accent chairs, and a full-size sleeper sofa. The dining room is large and the perfect spot for game night or doing puzzles. Our entry closest is full of games, puzzles, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, paddleball, beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella, and pool/sand toys. Enjoy courtyard views from the balcony with comfortable seating and steps away to one of two large pools.

Sleeping & Bathrooms:
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, desk space, small dresser, and a wall-mounted smart TV; this room has an on-suite bathroom with full sized walk-in shower and large vanity. The second bedroom offers two full sized beds, dresser, and wall-mounted smart TV; this room also has an on-suite bathroom with full tub and shower and a large vanity. A newly updated powder room (half bath) exists on main floor.

Complex Amenities & Location (Courtside Villas):
Our complex is adjacent to the bike path and is conveniently located near the Coligny area for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment—just a short walk or bike ride away. The community features two large private pools and beautiful courtyards. Free tennis at Van Der Meer Tennis Center (nextdoor) and pickleball courts are nearby at Cordillo Tennis and Pickleball (a short walk). You'll have convenient access to the beach for long days in the sand and sun!

Additional features include an in-unit washer/dryer, bicycle parking areas, and free parking for up to two cars.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is 10 am Empty refrigerator Remove all food and personal items. Return all beach items to the closet. All garbage bins should be emptied and deposited in the outside garbage receptacles.
Linens removed from bed(s) and placed in a pile. All towels can be left in a pile in the bathroom. Wash all dishes and run dishwasher (if needed), a clean dishwasher does not need to be emptied
Take all personal items with you. Turn off lights and lock the door when you leave.

This condo was the perfect set-up for hosting us with our two adult children; they had their own beds and space to relax. The kitchen (and the condo overall) was well stocked and had all of the essentials. Everything seemed new and in excellent shape. We enjoyed walking to Coligny plaza and the beach. We would stay here again!

Our host was very responsive and helpful. The condo itself has great space. We really appreciated having bedrooms on a separate floor from the man living area/kitchen/laundry. There’s nice space in the pantry and open floor area to coolers/bags. We appreciated the power strips mounted into the nightstands. Having a bathroom downstairs was also very helpful! The layout of this condo was just what we needed with lots of extra floor space in each of the bedrooms as well as lots of closet space. The walk to Coligny grocery, shops and restaurants was about 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would highly recommend it. The unit was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels and linens, and the beach closet had all the gear you could want. The full wash and dryer was also a nice feature. There was also a nice selection of games for downtime. The decor throughout was calm and soothing, making it a truly relaxing retreat.The location is ideal for us. It’s just a two-minute walk to VanDerMeer Tennis and a short bike ride to the beach, all in a lovely section of Hilton Head. You really can’t beat the convenience.The owners were helpful and pleasant whenever small issues came up, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely rent here again!

Why they chose this property

We've been coming to Hilton Head for years, it truly is our "happy place!" We love to bike, golf, lounge at the beach, and eat out. We recently bought our Courtyard unit because we love the South Forest Beach vibe. It's a quiet area, just far away from the bustle of Coligny, but so close we can easily walk or bike to all the activities.

Our unit is a short walk to the beach and the restaurants/shops making it an ideal location.

What makes this property unique

South Forest Beach is perfectly located with beach access, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. Courtside Villas is unique as it has access to a high quality private tennis center.
