The only issue we had was with the pool not being heated upon arrival - we paid extra fee in advance and the first 3 days (of our 5 day stay) it was so cold we couldn’t use it. It took 2 days for someone to come and check into it and my kids were pretty bummed out.

Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the pool heating during your stay. I completely understand how disappointing that must have been, especially for your kids, and I’m sorry it took time to resolve. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, and I’ll be reviewing the pool preparation and maintenance process to ensure this doesn’t happen for future guests. Despite this issue, I hope you were still able to enjoy the home and the area. Thank you for staying, and I hope we have the opportunity to host you again under smoother circumstances.
