Fabulous beach house right on the sand at Faria Beach 5 minutes north of Ventura, California and 20 minutes south of Santa Barbara, California. Great family vacation or just a gotta get away and chill.....

2 story, 3 bedroom and 2 baths.
Downstairs: Living room with a sunken fireplace, Dining area, Kitchen, Bedroom with a Queen size bed and a full bath.
Front Deck with Patio Furniture.
Upstairs: Master Bedroom with a King bed and Outdoor deck.
2nd bedroom with a Queen bed.
The bedrooms share a full bath.
Fabulous garden in the entry way. Washer and Dryer in the garage. Ample parking. Only 5 steps from the seawall to the sand! Very popular surfing spots within 3 minute walk in either direction. Swimming in the summer 68-70 degrees. Great neighbors on this private beach with wonderful views of the Santa Barbara Channel Islands.

Just finished our 6th year of a beach week at Karen's. This is the best location in all of central coast. Direct access to the beach, spacious inside/outside space, house is fully stocked with everything you need and always tidy upon arrival. We love it here and will be back next summer!

Very pleasant

The house and beach met all our expectations. Perfect weather and after a few days of little beach walking access due to high tides, we were able to walk north and south to our hearts content. Thank you so much for the enjoyable and relaxing vacation. We’ll do it again!!

Wonderful vacation on the beach!

My husband and I visited Karen’s home for our anniversary. We could’ve had a better experience. Karen is very communicative and pleasant. The house is just perfect fully stocked with everything you need to make your vacation stay wonderful. Sits directly on the beach with an amazing view! We will definitely be visiting again.

Slice of Heaven on the Beach

Yesterday we completed our 3rd family beach vacation at this property, and we love it more every year. The property is well appointed with everything you need for a great beach vacation. The house and deck provides beautiful beach views (keep your eye out for the sea life and pods of playing dolphins). The beach is just down the steps from the deck where surfing, body boarding, beach walks, and much more is awaiting your enjoyment! We’ll definitely be back.

A True Gem!

The minute we enter the front door, the incredible views envelop us, just like a hug from a dear friend. Casa Lancaster is a slice of heaven---the perfect home to host memorable family get togethers. This beautiful, beachfront property is clean, well-appointed and maintained and oh so very comfortable. Any tensions brought with you, immediately melt away. Spend some time beach-combing, take a surfing lesson, cook a delicious meal, or just lounge on the patio taking in the breathtaking and ever-changing views. We have already booked our next year's stay, the very minute we got home!

Casa Lancaster

My family and I had the most amazing week at Casa Lancaster this past 4th of July week! While Coronavirus continues to be a stress issue, this hide-away beach home is a great option to quarantine in paradise! We have been renting out at Faria for the past 20+ years, and this is now one of our favorite houses out there, without repeating all of the previous glowing reviews, we couldn't be in more agreement! Karen was a lovely, warm host and the house was spotless and had a wonderful vibe, perfect for surfing, swimming, kayaking, walking, biking, and beach combing! We enjoyed lounging on the spacious deck, as well as eating our dinners every night with waves splashing just a few feet away, we hope to snag another available week when we head that way again!

Ultimate SoCal beach house experience

Exceptional location 300 yds from Mondos surfing beach in FARIA and a short distance from downtown Ventura. Has a perfect deck for reading, relaxing and looking out at the waves. Nice common area for watching TV with the family, sitting around a fire or playing a game. Kitchen and dining room are open and bright. Equipped with paddle board, kayak and other beach gear. Garage for parking a car and driveway allows for 3 other cars to park with ease. 1 Bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs. Bathrooms are small but functional. House has another deck upstairs too. A perfect spot for a family vacation or a weekend getaway.

My happy place!

The ocean is right at your feet. Our family has stayed here for a few years. The sea wall is our favorite place to be. Karen is a wonderful host and helpful with all our needs. Best place to make memories.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Spectacular location w/ beautiful ocean views! You are able to see both surf spots from the deck. An abundance of sea life (seals and dolphins) rolling by in the surf. It was a great spot for a quiet family getaway. Thank you Karen!

Wonderful two weeks at the beach

The house is comfortable and very well equipped with kitchen utensils and table settings of all kinds, beach towels, linens, etc. Location and deck space are ideal and the owner was very accommodating. My wife and I, two adult sons and a daughter-in-law had a wonderful, two-week family reunion here -- a great autumn vacation on the Faria beach.

The Perfect Getaway!

This was our fourth stay at this absolutely Fabulous Beach House On The Sand at Faria Beach! It was as wonderful a vacation as we have always enjoyed--so much so, that we have already booked it for next year! This lovely home is beautifully furnished, has a well-appointed kitchen, is mere steps from the beach, boasts an amazing patio and just has everything you need for the perfect getaway. But honestly, just sitting on that patio will be all you require to feel the hustle and bustle drain from your mind and body as you melt into coastal living... You will find yourself coming back, again and again! Highest recommendation!

The Magical Sea Wall

We have stayed here many times. Fishing off the sea wall, easy access to the beach, house is fully stocked for cooking and Karen is a wonderful host. Our family has made incredible memories here.

The Best Family Beach House

We've just finished our 4th year at Karen's beach house. It has the BEST ocean views and beach access. House is fully stocked with all your beach and house needs, along with being clean and spacious. Karen is so easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any needs. It's our family's favorite place to enjoy time together.

So Relaxing

Really great experience. We’ve vacationed in this area of So Cal many times and stayed in several homes along this coastline. No disappointments here. Not as luxurious as some other properties we’ve experienced in the area, but not priced like those properties either. This place is a bargain in our opinion. Very comfortable, secure and well appointed. Beautiful views and direct access to the beach. Dolphins swam by everyday. Sunrises are epic from the large useful deck.

A Special Place at the Beach

We are locals who stay at Faria at least once a year, so we've been in a bunch of beach houses in the neighborhood. This is one of the best. The location is excellent, parking easy, and the place almost demands that you relax and have a lovely time. So many quirky and charming touches, from the conversation pit by the fireplace to the many candles, to the little sculptures and artwork that you discover everywhere you look. The kitchen and pantry are well-stocked, there are plenty of beach towels, and everything about the place makes you feel welcome. Also, the cleaning crew is excellent. The cleanliness of vacation rentals varies, but this place was organized and pristine. Not off-puttingly fancy, not sterile, just friendly, comfortable and well-supplied. We'll be back.

Perfect Getaway

Three generations of my family stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. The house had room for us all while still feeling cozy and very comfortable with lots of artistic touches. Access to boards and bikes was such a treat. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. And the view..... I would definitely stay here again.
