Hayden was an amazing host! Helped us know of some good spots around the city to visit during our stay, as well as having a well maintained home that was very clean when we came in! Was very responsive and attentive when having any questions about the property before and during our stay! The location of the home was very convenient for us and we had no issues finding places to eat or to have drinks and enjoy the downtown vibes all thanks to Hayden! 10/10 will be returning guests!

Host stated BB should have never been available, when we convinced Host if we could stay, Host gives code, once inside there was no electricity.. so we had to scramble to find another place.. not a good experience

The cleaners showed up exactly at my check in time and we had to wait almost 2 hours just to get inside.They also left an empty can of alcohol in the driveway.Upon checkout one of my friends left two eyeshadow pallets in a box on the couch and when I contacted the host about it, he said he would ask the cleaners and I never got a response after over a week.

I wasn’t allowed to stay. The owner told me after I had arrived in Austin that the house had been double-booked, someone was alteady in the house. He said that it was a glitch in the VRBO reservation system. He promised to refund money immediately. That was December 25. The refund has not come through as of Jan 5. I have seen VRBO system double book before. But Indon’t understand why the funds have not been returned to me.
