The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Regular waste goes in the BROWN container and should be bagged and tied. Recyclables (glass, aluminum, plastics, cardboard) go in the GREEN garbage can. Both cans are located in the driveway.
Remove and fold blue bed covers. Bed sheets from used beds to be placed in one of the baskets inside Master bedroom. All used towels to be placed in the other basket.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My name is Pedro. I am originally from the Canary Islands in Spain. I grew up in Madrid where my family still lives. I first arrive in New York in 1986, and worked in some of the best hotels in the World, such as the Waldorf=Astoria, The NY Pierre, The Carlyle, the Sheraton NY & Towers, the NY Helmsley, etc.
Later in life I taught Restaurant Management at the college level, and 10 years of Culinary Arts to High School students. I have a bachelor's degree in business administration, and a master's degree in hospitality management from Florida International University.
I decided to become a short-term rental owner/host because I love meeting people, and I have the hospitality and service industry running through my veins.
