Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all lights and set A/C to 73°
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Food is not permitted in bedrooms. Please enjoy all meals and snacks in designated eating areas.
The indoor fireplace is NOT operable and may not be used. Fully extinguish all fires in the fire pit after use.
Pull the grill away from the fence before use. Clean the grill after each use. Once cooled, return it to its original location and replace the cover.

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, beautifully styled, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We especially loved the screened porch. The host was very kind and made an exception for us to stay one night, which we really appreciated. It worked perfectly for our two families traveling with kids. Would definitely stay here again!
