- All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children with parents.

*Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

*DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Please put all used bath towels on the floor of the bathrooms. - Please place used beach towels in the washer and turn it on. -Please clean the grill if you have used it.
-Please empty refrigerator of your items and dispose of trash properly in the bins outside. -Please strip the used beds and put used sheets/pillow cases on the floor. Leave comforters on the beds.
-Lock yoga room and beach bum storage closet. -Return keys to inside hook by front door. Lock front door keypad. -Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
** No Parties in the unit ** No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. ** No Smoking/Vaping in unit or on balconies.
** Please use the grill and fireplace at your own risk. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons.
** No trash should be left outside the unit door or on deck. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins outside.

My wife and I had our bridal party stay there and hosted a rehearsal party on our wedding weekend. The outside area is wonderful for grilling out and you can’t beat the beach access. Everyone that stayed really enjoyed themselves and there were no issues with the house or checking in. If you have family and kids highly recommend this spot. Thank you AJ and Rachel!

The locations is great! The property itself is very unique. It’s a large home but the layout is a bit strange. One thing to note though is that the family room is small for the size of the house. Overall, the house worked well for our two families.

You couldn't ask for a better location its a close walk to the beach or if your in the mood to shop and eat there are plenty of places down the road. If you want to travel to Rehoboth or the outlet mall the bus and trolley stops are right there. The house was clean, communication was great. They had a start up kit like soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.. They also had beach towels and beach chairs in case your didn’t want to haul yours with you. Plenty of umbrellas for those rainy days. I like how the garbage cans we're close and I didn't need to do anything on pick up day with them. Having an outside shower and bathroom is also a bonus to have when running back and forth from the beach. All in all this was a great vacation I would recommend this house to others.
