Your privet peredise in the Dordogne. Situated in the heart of the Perigord noir, this stunning traditional manor house dating back to 1731 has been finished to a high standard whilst retaining its original features.
Boasting 8 hectares of private estate, the manor overlooks the peaceful Dordogne river, and guests can relax and enjoy the large infinity heated pool whilst taking in the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside and nature.

Beautiful exposed stonework, wooden beams and wooden doors feature throughout the building and huge floor-to-ceiling fireplaces can be found in the lounge, dining area, study and two of the bedrooms.
Everything has been designed with comfort in mind and to make guests feel completely at home.
Entrance
An original stone staircase welcomes you as you enter this grand building.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is well equipped with professional-grade facilities, including a large size fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The centre island provides plenty of space to prepare food or to sit and eat breakfast.
There is a utility room attached containing a washer/dryer, chest freezer and separate WC. From the kitchen there is access to the garden and terrace.
Dining Room
The dining room has plenty of space for entertaining. Featuring a large wooden table and chairs, guests can sit together and enjoy a meal in this impressive room with floor-to-ceiling fireplace. A music system is also available to set the mood!
Living Room
This large yet homely space offers guests the opportunity to relax on the sofa. The flat-screen TV is equipped with UK satellite channels and a DVD player. Free WIFI is also available to guests.
Study
Those wishing to retreat somewhere quiet to read the newspaper or to catch up on some work can do so in the study. This peaceful room has an original fireplace and a door leading straight onto the garden.
Bedrooms
Upstairs boasts four beautiful, spacious bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom containing a luxury shower, WC and wash basin. Bedroom 1 also has the addition of a large bath. All the rooms feature air-conditioning and plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items.
The beds are arranged as follows:
Bedroom 1: Double four poster bed.
Bedroom 2: Double bed and roll-away single.
Bedroom 3: Double bed and roll-away single
Bedroom 4: Two single beds
Exterior
Fringed by the Dordogne river, the grounds consist of 8 hectares of lawns, woods and a walnut grove to explore. Guests can enjoy an aperitif or al-fresco meal on the terrace, complete with table and chairs. A professional grade BBQ is also available for use, perfect for summer evenings!
When the temperature gets too hot, the large 13m x 6m infinity pool is perfect for guests to cool off in. Steps and a shallow area make it accessible for all ages. A poolside solar shower is available for use and sun worshippers can take advantage of the sun terrace and loungers.
For the more active guests, a tennis court can be found overlooking the Dordogne river. Racquets and balls are provided, table tennis and other outdoor games and equipment can be found in the barn.

There is plenty of private parking available on the estate.
