Located on the shores of Sea Colony's West Lake, this condo boasts a large waterfront deck, a comfortable living and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the deck as you listen to the soothing fountains on West Lake. Guests can catch the Sea Colony tram at the end of the street and relax on the private beach there. A short drive takes you to the boardwalk for boutique shopping, delicious seafood, and family-friendly fun.

Enjoy evenings playing board games and watching movies in the family room. (Fyi, the fireplace is not operational.) Other recreational activities include a nearby park, which has a playground, bocce ball, shuffleboard, corn hole, basketball, tennis, and pickleball.
