Nestled between the 2nd and 3rd crossings on the iconic River Road, Fernweh Riverfront provides the ideal setting for your Hill Country adventure.

This spacious riverfront home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and features:

- 2 Private Bedrooms with king-sized beds for a restful night’s sleep.

Situated between 2nd & 3rd crossing on River Road, Capri is located at `Fernweh Riverfront` - the latest rental offering to hit River Road. Formerly known as `Billy Goat`s Gruff,` the entire property is under new ownership & eager to welcome our valued guests. Access to the amenities at our sister property, Fernweh Hillside, is available for all guests. Located just across River Road, Fernweh Hillside is a collection of white cottages behind the former Koozie’s.

Parking for Capri is TANDEM and in a shared driveway. Guests at Capri should park right in front of the old double wood doors to the left of the stairs leading to Palisade. Vehicles should hug the retaining wall to the left to allow any guests at Palisade to fully utilize their side of the driveway on the right. Vehicles should not extend past the right side retaining wall to allow for all guests to easily enter and exit the property.

A 3rd space has been added and is located on the front lawn. Smaller vehicles should park on the grass in between the boulders. The parking space will be refinished and better defined in the future.

Fernweh Riverfront is home to 6 private rentals onsite and all available amenities are shared, including riverfront access.

We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of water usage during your stay. Please minimize water use and do not use outdoor hoses or spigots. Your efforts to conserve water in this environmentally sensitive area (Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone) are greatly appreciated.

Wi-Fi is available but not guaranteed, and the signal may weaken in certain areas of the property —be prepared to unplug!
VISITORS & OUTSIDE GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. Violation of this policy will result in a fee and potential removal from the property without refund. Fernweh is only accessible by our reservation guests.

Smoking or vaping is strictly forbidden indoors and an additional $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for any violations. Smoking is permitted outdoors and we request that you do not litter by extinguishing and disposing of any butts appropriately. Please be courteous of other property guests when in common areas.

Please note that pets are NOT PERMITTED at Fernweh Riverfront. This is a firm policy that applies to all guests. The Riverfront site is not set up to accommodate pets, and as the private riverfront is a shared amenity, we require that it remain a pet-free space so everyone can enjoy it fully. Thank you for understanding! Pet friendly cottages are available at our sister property across the street at Fernweh Hillside.
