A Few Important Notes Before Booking

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please note:

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests total at any time (including children and daytime visitors), per strict Big Bear Lake short-term rental rules
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles max in the driveway only
No parties or events are permitted
The garage is not available for parking, as it has been converted into the private movie theater
Exterior security cameras are located only at the front entry and side patio/door for safety and property protection
There are no cameras facing the hot tub or private outdoor lounging areas — guest privacy is deeply respected
During winter months, mountain weather can affect road conditions, so guests should plan accordingly
