Your Bella Vista adventure begins at this our cozy little home. Inside, guests find a brilliant mix of comfort and style, featuring a king bed, queen bed, and two full size beds to suit all sleeping preferences. Two full bathrooms one with a shower and the other a shower and huge bathtub. The space stays cozy with a/c, heat and fireplace, ensuring a superb stay no matter the season. Walk or bike right down to the back 40 trail right in the backyard. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next outing, this gorgeous chalet provides a welcoming retreat. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

This home has been part of our family for over 30 years, and it holds so many special memories for us. I grew up coming here for holidays and family time, so when my grandmother decided to downsize, we just couldn’t imagine letting it go. We’re so excited to share a place that has meant so much to us and hope our guests enjoy the same peaceful setting, outdoor adventure, and nearby amenities that have made it so special for our family.

Why they chose this property

When my grandmother chose this home, she wanted a place that felt peaceful and tucked away, while still being close to everything Bella Vista has to offer. She loved sitting outside and birdwatching, and this area is perfect for that quiet, relaxing feeling. At the same time, it’s also a great spot for adventure; there’s a trail just down the hill, and the “It’ll Buff Out” trail connects you to the Back 40 trail system, with the new bike lift nearby as well. It’s a wonderful mix of calm, nature, and easy access to outdoor fun.

What makes our home special is the combination of warmth, history, and location. It’s not just a rental to us — it’s a family home filled with years of memories, and we think that gives it a cozy, welcoming feel. At the same time, it’s in such a great spot: peaceful and wooded, yet close to trails, biking, and everything the area has to offer. It’s the kind of place where you can start your morning with coffee and birdsong, then head out for a ride or adventure just minutes away.
