A beachy villa in central Margaret River, only a block away from the main street with cafes, shops and bars with the forest and river at the end of the street. The closest beach is 10 min drive. Our home is perfect for families and friends who want to explore the Margaret River region and not worry about driving as everything is just a short stroll away! Secure 2 car fully enclosed carport. Other parking is available on the street. Fully equipped kitchen, including Nespresso coffee machine, if you don't feel like going out for a coffee! Washing machine and dryer also available.
Extra guests? We have a fold out double bed downstairs. Traveling with kids-we have supplied a high chair, portacot, books and toys for your convenience. There is also a smart TV to keep them entertained.
Sleeping arrangements- All bedrooms are on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 king singles that also can join together if required. Please note a minimum 3 night stay over Easter and long weekends. During Christmas time we ask for a minimum 5 night stay. All bed linen including bath towels are provided so all you need to bring is your toothbrush and beach towel! A BBQ is provided during the summer months for those that wish to cook outdoors.

With the opening of the south west regional boarders from the 18th May 2020 , we would like to update you on what we are doing as our duty of care to you.
All our professional cleaners have successfully completed BSCAA training which meets the Australian and New Zealand Guidelines with infection control policies and procedures in a cleaning or housekeeping setting.
We have also upgraded our cleaning products to a hospital-grade and we will be doing extra cleaning/sanitizing of all high touchpoint areas such as light switches, handrails, doors, door handles, keyboards, bench-tops.

Excellent location, clean, roomy townhouse will everything we needed. The host was very helpful and we would recommend this accommodation for anyone travelling to Margaret River.
Great villa close to all amenities in Margaret River. A lovely sitting out area with the beautiful scent of Jasmine growing along the fence. Clean, comfortable and a very relaxed place to chill out. Would recommend a stay here.
Our booking was fro 2 weeks. Maria the host was excellent she accommodated our request for beach chairs, towels and cabana. The listing is accurate to a point and the location of the property is great. If the following are addressed we would give a 5 star rating and stay again for 2 weeks otherwise we would consider a short term stay. The coffee machine only works occasionally and should be replaced. The second and third bedrooms are not air conditioned and the windows in the third bedroom do not open for air circulation. The blue sofa in the living room has odours and should be thoroughly cleaned/shampooed. For a 2 week stay a vacuum should be provided to facilitate cleaning by the tenant - no matter how much care one takes over that period dirt accumulates.
Lovely house, plenty of room and very clean. Three toilets is a bonus when the guests (us) are all over 50! Nicely set up to make a holiday fun and easy.Within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and shops, absolutely central! Very much worth the stay!
