Welcome to our Mountain Haus!
Located above the town of Leadville on a private dead end street with walking access to trails and the mineral belt. Only 1 mile from the heart of downtown Leadville!
The space
Property: New 3-level home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths.
Living Space: Open concept living room, 50" Smart TV, gas fireplace.
Bedrooms:
-Primary: King bed (Main Level)
-Second: King bed (Main Level)
-Third: 2 Queen beds in Loft (Room for optional air bed for 2 additional guests upon approval)
-Basement: Game room with board games, dart board, and ping pong table. Basic gym with Sauna and washer/dryer. Plenty of storage for bicycles, kayaks, etc through the basement door.
Amenities: High-speed internet, full kitchen with coffee/hot cocoa, hot tub and Sauna.
Access: Full house; parking for 3 cars with extra street parking
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and yard. Parking for 3 cars in the driveway.
This property is pet friendly with an additional fee.

We wanted a place in Leadville for family gatherings, holidays, and outdoor adventures. Brooklyn heights is just far enough out of town to get into the woods easily via trail, and just close enough to enjoy the shops, food, and town charm of Leadville.
