It is close to the beach, town and the hotel zone. Being in a gated sub with 24 hour security is nice too.
What makes this property unique
Our Casa is at a dead end street with the mayan ruins to the left of the house.
The house is 2 blocks from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the ferry station, Café Antoinette and Parque Los Fundadores. There is a 7/11 and Oxxo at the entrance of the subdivision. Chedraui is the local grocery store.
