Have a wonderful family vacation at this relaxing classic cedar shake beach house! Enjoy the incredible front porch all day - morning coffee to happy hour. This shore retreat is located 3 houses from the bay and two-and-a-half blocks (6 min walk) to the beach. Watch the boats go by and enjoy the amazing bayfront sunsets. Launch a kayak from the bay beach 1 block north, or enjoy the playground, basketball courts, beach volleyball, and bayfront beach with lifeguard at Bayview Park on 68th St (free parking and bathrooms). Music lovers will enjoy the sound system wired throughout the kitchen, living room, and porch.

Fabulous week at Brant Beach

Thanks for a great week at Brant Beach. Loved the proximity to the Beach and the bay. We went from enjoying the ocean during the day to watching sunsets at night. House was comfortable and offered all we needed for a lovely week at the beach.

Great stay!

We loved our week at this lovely home in a quiet bayside neighborhood. The owners were friendly and accessible, quickly responding to any questions. We could have spent all day on the beautiful front porch, and enjoyed evenings playing bocce in the yard, as well as watching the sunset over the bay. House was well-equipped also.

Lovely & spacious home in great location

Highly recommended -- we absolutely loved our stay in Brant Beach. The home is beautiful, very close to the bay and the beach, and features a large screened-in porch for entertaining or dinners. Beautifully designed with lots of great details. We hope to come stay here again next summer!

Tucked away gem!

The trees and garden in the front of the house provide privacy for the beautifully rustic screened in porch while the inside offers every modern convenience. Sunsets on the bay just steps away and the beach all day long. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
