We loved the location. It was very close to Caberfae where we had a wedding! The host was great and gave us an early checkin. The place was well equipped and had everything needed for your stay. We will definitely be back!
No complaints, overall extremely clean, well stocked with all essentials. Beautiful inside and out

Beautiful cabin set WAY back
The place was beautiful. We had a great time. The gos directions were not the best so pay attention to what the host tells you to do. It is set way back by a little river. It was very quiet and peaceful. We would love to go back. The host was responsive and accommodating. She was very nice.
Great property. Beautiful view. Wonderful location. Loved everything about the house. Thank you very much, and hope to visit again. Roman and family.

Weekend in the woods
Our stay at cabin was a refreshing escape into nature. The cabin was well-maintained and offered a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. I would recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
We loved the calm woods setring and the kods enjoyed trips down to the little creek and splashing around. Very peaceful. Also highly recommend mineral springs pizza near by.
Best weekend get away type cabin ever! Super affordable, and the owners are adapting, as we asked to get a later check-out time. Plenty of amenities provided, and amazing scenery and space, with seclusion! Will definitely book again in the future, and highly recommend for others.

Great Stay!
The cabin was absolutely what we expected, so peaceful and beautiful! They truly make the most of their space and the loft offers ample rooming for a group. We let that be the kids abode, and they loved it! The water is quite shallow making it more like a creek but that was perfect for us, the kids loved catching crawfish and frogs, and we were able to hike up and down streak easily ro find deeper fishing spots! Marjorie was responsive, helpful and very friendly as well! We will absolutely rent again!!

Tustin cabin
The cabin was great. Very cool northern Mi vibe in a great woodsy setting. The river running by the cabin was serene. We’ll definitely go back. The only negative thing was that the door handle wasn’t working properly so we had problems opening the door from the outside.
Great cabin with plenty of amenities and fully stocked with extras! Right on the river, secluded, private, lots of space for a big family. Our kids spent the days catching critters in the river and playing outside. So many extra items in the kitchen not having to worry about spices, oils, and extra little things was great! We will definitely be back!
This is a beautiful, remote, spacious cabin in a tranquil setting outside of Tustin, MI with a 15-20 minute drive to Cadillac. Pros: Large common spaces, on the river, large front porch, well-equpped modern and clean kitchen, washer/dryer, huge loft for kids/parents to comfortably stay with their own space, very quiet location if one is looking for solitude. Yoder's grocery is closeby (absolute "must stop" for their Amish baked goods).
Considerations: no wi-fi, open concept can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper, steps to loft could be tricky for toddlers or physically challenged.
We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very thoughtful and knowledgeable about the area.

Cabin in the Woods
Amazing cabin for a super affordable price for a getaway for a weekend. It was my bachelor party weekend, and 10 of my friends stayed here and enjoyed the outdoors! We held a beer Olympics, cooked dinner on the grill, and went out on a pontoon later on. Had the best time ever, this place has everything included you need for a summer weekend, with plenty of beds and extra supplies. We also asked for a later check-out time due to one of ours having a flight delay, and the owner had no problem with it. Highly recommend for everyone else who books here! Amazing outdoor scenery and open space away from civilization.
The home was beautifully built and the water and scenery were very nice. There were some issues I would rather not post here and would like to discuss them with the owner. Otherwise, the trip was nice and relaxing.

Not what we expected.
Our stay was from August 6-August 10. Upon check in my daughter-in-law found that the floors and bath tub were very dirty and she had to wash them. There were bugs and dirt in the tub and she had two small children to bathe. Also, your description says “cable tv” when you clearly do not have cable. Also, we could not open most windows as the handles were broken. Not satisfied with our stay.

Hi Cindy, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to share the following: We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. Our housekeeper is meticulous and mops and cleans thoroughly. We are sorry we did not receive any communication from you, as we would have been happy to take care of any concerns you had. We do not advertise having cable, as the cabin location is too remote to have cable. We do have an antenna for our large screen TV. As always, we will do everything possible to make sure our guests have a five-star stay.
We absolutely LOVED staying here. It was so peaceful. The cabin and its views were beautiful. We were close to the snowmobile trails so were able to take a day doing that. The firepit outside was relaxing. There is an amish store right down the road with some amazing cinnamon rolls ;). We have already talked about staying here again!
CJ, Margie and Carol are the epitome of hosts. They greeted our family as we drove on to the property and were available for anything we needed. As for the property, just stunning. The design and attention to detail of the log cabin was epic. Only thing I would say is it isn’t a river, where I’m from it’s a creek, but all good. We will be back !!!
Lovely to wake up and hear the babbling of the river and birds. Kids love practicing their fishing at the river. My favorite was the family around the fire pit all day long. Good fun!
Cabin was in a quiet, serene location, had everything we needed and more! Enjoyed all the games and the outdoor fire pit. Cell service is bad if you have sprint, verizon worked well there.
We had the best time! The cabin is beautiful! The view from the porch is so gorgeous. The house was more beautiful than the pictures. There was enough space for all of us and the beds were comfy. It was super snowy and someone came and plowed so we could go into town. We drove to Cadillac to shop our fav boutique “Serendipity” (ladies you will love it) and ate yummy food at Clam Lake beer co.
We took a snowy hike, made snow angels, and cooked yummy meals. We will definitely be back!
