Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Please clean out the outdoor fireplace and grill if used. -Start a load of towels in the washing machine on the highest temperature setting.
-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used or if any damages occurred during your stay. Lastly, please inform us 1 day prior to checkout if you intend to leave before 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
