Private beach access is located just across the street. Please note that the stairs providing access are temporary and do not have railings and are used at your own risk. (See additional photos) This beach is perfect for walks, shelling, and shark-tooth hunting.

For swimming and sunsets, Manasota Key Beach is just minutes away and easily reached by golf cart or e-bike (rentals available locally). Adventure lovers will appreciate the variety of nearby activities, including jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, sunset tours, and dolphin cruises. Parasailing is also available nearby, along with deep-sea fishing and world-class tarpon fishing during the season.

Golfers can tee it up at one of the many courses in the area. For thrill-seekers, skydiving is just an hour away with the Skydive SW Florida Club.
