About The Space-
Larger than normal 1200+ sq ft condo with fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, etc ready to make convenient & saving home cooked meals.
This first floor condo has no stairs, located less than a block to the beach. It has 2 full bathrooms making getting ready with everyone easier. Please do consider this is an older complex with a larger floor plan, but it is flawless nor brand new.
The true bedding is as follows:
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, there is a bunk bed in second bedroom with full sized bottom bed and single sized on top plus there is a single bed separate.
In the living room there is one sleeper sofa in living room plus one other couch that is not a sleeper. Please bring extra bedding if you plan on using the sleeper and allow up to 8 people though that is not ideal of course
BBQ is allowed off back patio though grill is not provided you would need to bring.
This complex has about 16 condos, and is roughly ½ a block to the beach. One downside to this condo is that only 1 parking spot is included and unfortunately there is no guest parking.
Extra car could be parked on Gulf Blvd nearby but we cannot guaranteed space
Please do consider this is an older complex with a larger floor plan, but it is flawless nor brand new
It is very walkable to the famous Kelly's Irish Pub with its Reubens, the new Bali for breakfast & lunch, as well as a small bodega style store called Island Market. The 365 nights a year Karaoke Bar Coral Reef Bar is a local favourite and about 4 blocks away, or the new Oyster Bar that was formerly Parrot Eyes. Clayton's Beach Bar is about 1 mile away as well as Sea Turtle Inc for kiddos
There is a convenient washer and dryer as well.
This space has no carpeting, and we welcome up to 2 pets for an additional fee, please inquire. This condo has an unheated pool, plus a cool 2nd floor sundeck. The living room has plenty of room to spread out for a family movie night or board games at the beach.
Please read and agree to all house rules section prior to booking please ask questions before not after. We do not accept cancellations once booked.
The Nuts & Bolts:
Fresh Towels & bed linens are provided, as well as a starter pack of soaps and trash bags though it is not unlimited nor resupplied so please plan accordingly. We do have coffee, filters, creamer, sweetener, tea, non stick cooking spray and Salt/Pepper all in the house too but not unlimited nor restocked
Up to 2 dogs or Birds are allowed. The pet fee nonrefundable is $75 PER dog or birds no exceptions. Dog (s) cannot be left alone to bark nor be allowed up on furniture. Pets found on property without prior notice to us as host will be evicted without refund.
If you stay longer than 3 nights, you can exchange things like bath towels and sheets for free at our office as we do operate as south padre island trips locally near the Kraken Bar & Grill
This property is located at 104 east parade.
requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older and present at check-in. If you are NOT 25 years of age you MUST contact us prior to booking as there are additional damage/security deposit requirements if you are not 25 for us to comply with property rules
Discounts are possible in offseason for longer stays, please ask as well as military or vets Reach out and asak
This is not a party property and there is security
It is required to e-sign rental contract and attach a photo ID after booking as required for our City Island Rental License. You must sign the rental agreement digitally prior to arrival to receive your door code. Please provide your email address and attach a photo of your ID to verify your age once you do the booking
An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing down maid service of course however - If you need a somewhat earlier check in, contact our office on day of check in to see if possible after 130 pm.
Loud music is prohibited. Complex quiet time is 9 pm to 9 am. No Smoking, No Parties, and No Exceptions
Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m
