This condo sits right on the water and is our family favorite this is our fourth year renting and we will be returning she has both condos right next to each other so if you have more than just the six of you they're perfect to book together I highly recommend this waterfront condo for the enjoyment of havasu lake activities.

4th of July at Lake Havasu

We had a great stay at the property. The condo had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were more than adequate. The kitchen basically had everything to make meals. The best part was the great balcony which had great views of the lake and of The London Bridge. We would definitely stay there again.

Great time!

What a perfect place to stay while in Havasu! The location is great with the beach in front of condos and the convenient parking in back. The place was clean and very homey. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances and dinner wear for us to make meals which was very nice and convenient throughout the day as well! The owner answered every call I had with any questions and is so sweet! Will definitely be staying there again! We had a great weekend!
