We had a peacefully quiet stay in this lovely renovated home.

Newly renovated home with 3 spacious bedrooms and baths. Beautiful kitchen, dining room and living room that included a gas fireplace. All kitchen appliances were new and the whole house was extremely clean! We especially enjoyed the backyard with the beautiful tall trees and the covered deck and patio. This home is close to Canandiagua and other scenic New York State towns and finger lakes! It is the perfect home base to explore this amazing area!

Our biggest issue was that if you slept in the basement bedroom you could every movement and sound above you.

We’re sorry the sound transfer affected the comfort of the basement bedroom, Barbara. It’s unfortunate this kept your stay from being a five-star experience.

The moment we stepped into this house it felt like home. So clean!!!!! The yard was very peaceful. The beds were super comfy! The house came with some households stuff to get us by- My family stayed in this house because it was in the middle of two adventures we wanted to go to. The Niagara Falls (about 2 hours) and Watkins glen state park (1 hour). We also did many things around town. The lake near the house is gorgeous. Would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking.

Cozy Retreat

The property was well kept & clean. Weather was a bit chilly so didn’t get to spend much time outside. But enjoyed the fireplace. Only down side was the bedroom & game room downstairs was quite cold & couldn’t figure out how to warm it up. Other than that it was a great place & would recommend it .
