Your cozy getaway awaits in Littleton/Centennial location at this perfect house. 5-bedroom 2 Bath "smart home" totally remodeled features an open kitchen/dining room/living room with a breakfast counter. Enjoy some coffee at the provided station, then make your way downstairs to the TV/bar/game room to watch your favorite sports shows on the 97" TV w/fireplace. We are close to 5-star restaurants, the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater, fantastic Castle Rock Outlet stores and downtown all within 20 minutes...then hit the ski slopes just 90 minutes away! Plenty off street parking.

Meg and her party did experience some issues with the WiFi going down...causing them some frustration. She mentioned some dust...and yes we live in a very dry climate and dust does get everywhere! We always open windows and doors (without screens) to allow the fresh air to come in while we are cleaning...and without fail...dust enters in that amount of time...especially this spring since we are in a drout...and water restrictions are in affect making it even more "dusty" hopefully you will understand! We did notice how they put something on the dining room table that left the finish with several large spots and scared condition...of which we did not charge her for that repair! We take pride in our property...and sorry that you were not completly satisfied.

The house was perfect for our group. Location was convenient and provided everything we needed. There were a couple of housekeeping issues that I spoke with the owners about. Nothing that ruined our stay, but things we felt should have been seen or addressed prior to our arrival.

We traveled to Denver for a wedding and had 9 people staying with us. This home was perfect. It had plenty of room, amazing smart technology features and easy access to everything. The teenagers loved the basement with the huge tv and games. We would for sure recommend this home if you are traveling to the Denver area with a lot of people!
