Everything was clean, and pet friendly. My animal loved the yard to just run and play in.bWe loved the split floor plan. This stay was very relaxing and comfortable home away from home. We didn't want to leave. My only concern is having more back up every day things to use like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. These things run out quickly and update the listing by taking the hot tub off. Everything else was really nice. I would definitely stay again.

The Villa was so peaceful and serene. The bedrooms were decorated nicely, clean and relaxing. The beds were so comfortable and the televisions, in each room, were SmarTVs. The A/C was great considering this hot weather, and the patio in the backyard was comfortable. Of course, there were lizards and bugs in July, but not so many that it kept us inside. It was quite beautiful with the large trees and the pond. However, there was no hot tub, and no mention as to why not. It should be removed from the description of the house. If you're interested in fast food and grocery stores, they were plentiful and in close proximity to the house.Overall, I would stay there again when visiting my son in Florida.
