Holiday house in Ortisei in Val Gardena, in the heart of the unique Dolomites, UNESCO WORLD NATURAL HERITAGE, with a view of Sella, Sassolungo and Seiseralm, in a sunny, central location, just 5 minutes' walk from the beautiful pedestrian zone. Ideal starting point for walkers, hikers and skiers.
In the apartment MARION, a bright, cozy living room with a couch and sitting area invites you to linger and relax.
A brand new kitchen with a seating area is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, iron and all dishes.
A beautiful double room has a closet, table, TV and safe, and a rustic, original youth room with a French double bed + bunk bed is very popular with children and teenagers.
In our garden with a seating area and lawn, you can sunbathe and relax and enjoy the mountain panorama.
With us you can enjoy your vacation without a car! Leave it in our parking lot or park it in an underground garage 130 meters away for € 49 a week.
A good grocery store with fresh bread and all kinds of specialties, which opens at 7 a.m., a fruit and vegetable shop, a restaurant-pizzeria and a children's playground are in the immediate vicinity.
In winter the wonderful ski areas of our valley and the famous ski carousel of the Sellaronda can be reached on foot or quickly and easily with the free Valgardena Ski Express. A stop is only 80 meters away.
A bus stop is also nearby in summer. New and exclusive for our guests: all buses can be used free of charge with the Val Gardena Mobilcard. Our DOLOMITI UNESCO World Heritage committed!
The orbits to the Seiseralm, Raschötz and Seceda are only 500 to 600 m away.

Margareth was an absolute joy! She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. She responded to our questions almost immediately and was so helpful in confirming our hiking plans and other activities, which gave us confidence that we were making the best decisions for our time in the Dolomites.The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. We especially loved her beautiful garden, which was just one more lovely thing to enjoy in the breathtaking Dolomites.We truly appreciated Margareth’s hospitality and would happily stay here again. There are so many good things about this apartment - especially the owners, who live upstairs and are extremely warm and helpful. The apartment is tasteful, comfortable, bright, and had everything we needed. It’s in a perfect location to walk into town, or to the bus or gondola. We were sad to pack up and leave. We highly recommend staying here.

Tolle, familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung unweit des Zentrums von St Ulrich. Bushaltestellen ins Skigebiet in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung!
