This two-storey terraced house is situated in the sought-after residential area of Atalaya Park, within a short walk through pine woods to the sandy beaches of La Fontanilla and Los Bateles. The house has a large terrace with a private gate leading into a communal garden of approx. 1.500 m², which is for the exclusive use of local residents.
On the ground floor there is the lounge with dining area (air conditioned), the well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a shower room. You have direct access from the living room to the private terrace. Free internet-access (wifi) provided.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms (one double, two twin), and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and a small private balcony with views of the garden.

The old town of Conil is only a 10-minute stroll. The walk to the beach leads through a little park, where you will find a tapa bar with stunning sea views. Next to it is a playground and a large area for playing football and similar activities. There is also a typical Spanish restaurant close by
