Turn Off Pellet Stove (instructions in frame above stove)
Turn all electric heat to 50 degrees, bathroom heat to the lowest point without turning off.
Close bedroom and bathroom doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have been hosting guests at our Jersey Shore properties for years. This is our first time hosting in our beautiful Bondville condo. We love introducing guests to our favorite spots with our up to date menus from local restaurants and helpful information about the area(including our favorite hikes/walks). Included with your stay are eco friendly toiletries and linens; high quality pellets for the fire and a well stocked spice and condiment assortment. Feel free to use our snowshoes and sleds to explore the beautiful surroundings. The condo is only available for a limited time this year so jump on those dates.

This peaceful oasis with an awesome Stratton view is 1 mile from the access road and 15 minutes from Manchester. The fabulous Winhall Market ( try the #6 for a heavenly experience) is 1 mile away.
What makes this property unique
This two bedroom/two bath condo is perfect for a family getaway. Comfortable king and Queen beds with an additional queen pullout mean plenty of comfort for the adults. Fold out twin and large foam "CordaRoy" bed in a beanbag mattresses are great for hanging out or sleeping. Plenty of room for cooking and family dining.
