Located approximately 8 km from the lake shores, this spacious three-room apartment of about 110 sqm offers meticulously detailed spaces, ideal for families and groups of friends up to six people.



The apartment is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, the bright living room with equipped kitchenette welcomes guests in a warm and comfortable environment, where the double sofa bed offers additional resting space. From here, access is granted to a terrace with a private and fenced garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors in complete tranquillity, enjoying the panorama of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. On the same level, there is also a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the basement floor, an additional double bedroom ensures privacy and tranquillity, accompanied by a second shower bathroom. Wi-Fi connection is available in every room, and the apartment has a convenient uncovered parking space.



Just two hundred metres away, guests can freely use the municipal swimming pool, an excellent alternative to lake days. Nearby is also the Alto Garda Park Visitor Centre, where one can immerse themselves in the history and nature of the territory. For a tasty break, a restaurant and a bar a few steps from the apartment offer typical dishes and moments of conviviality.

Wieder ein super schöner Urlaub

absolute Ruhe totale Entspannung, war wieder ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Unterkunft sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Sofa/Schlafcouch ist für uns zu weich, man kommt schlecht wieder hoch, die Betten sind auch sehr weich, da muss man sich erst daran gewöhnen, sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Unterkunft war bestens Ausgestattet. Sie bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen, allerdings würde ich sie für 4 Personen empfehlen, da es sonst doch etwas beengt wird. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt, auch unsere Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolute Ruhe und Erholung vom Alltags Stress... Die Matratzen waren schon sehr weich, wer das nicht gewohnt ist wird hier ein wenig Probleme mit dem Rücken bekommen. Die steile Treppe nach unten ist für die Hunde nicht gesichert, daher auch etwas gefährlich. Das trifft natürlich auch für Kleinkinder zu. Kleine Hunde könnten ohne Probleme den direkten Nachbarn oder auch diese besuchen die weiter weg wohnen, das die Gartentore durch die Abstände der Gitterstäbe nicht "Ausbruch" sicher sind. Man sollte diese also auch immer im Auge behalten -) Abgesehen davon muss man sich hier bewusst sein, das man wirklich seeehr weit ab vom Schuss ist und jeder Ausflug mit längerer Fahrzeit geplant werden sollte. Gassi gehen ist leider auch nicht ganz optimal, es gibt wenig Grünflächen an den Straßen und kaum Gehwege.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Hund in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön im ruhiger Lage, Garten eingezäunt (für mittel bis große Hunde optimal), die Wohnung ist sehr kühl was unserem Hund bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Zum Gardasee braucht man etwa 20min mit dem Auto, es gibt aber auch einen Shuttlebus. Generell ist die Gegend sehr hundfreundlich und voller italienischer Altstädte. Zum Wandern ist die Region eher weniger zu empfehlen, da es viel Kopfsteinpflaster oder lose Untergründe gibt. Ein Geschirrspüler in der Küche wäre super, aber nicht notwendig.

Traumhafter Urlaub in idyllischer Lage

Die Kommunikation, der Service und alles was mit der Buchung zu tun hatte, war grandios. Die Wohnung ist mir ihren eingegrenzten Garten ideal, wenn man mit einem Hund reist. Ansonsten ist Unterkunft ausreichend groß und sicherlich ideal, wenn man mit Kindern oder zu viert verreist. Auch die Möglichkeit, dass örtliche öffentliche Schwimmbad kostenfrei zu nutzen ist top. Ebenso wie die Lage der Wohnung, aus der man dem stressigen Tourismus direkt am See entkommen und die Seele frei baumeln lassen kann. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung (insbesondere der Küche) könnte ein wenig bessern sein. Ein kleiner Geschirrspüler wäre ideal gewesen. Ebenso wäre es wünschenswert, wenn alltägliche Sachen wie Toilettenpapier, Spüli, Salz, Pfeffer etc. gestellt werden könnten - das ist aber alles meckern auf hohem Niveau -)

Sehr nette Besitzerin, sehr hilfsbereit, Kinder- und hundefreundlich. Sehr schöner Garten. Die Dusche muss neu silikoniert/renoviert werden, da überall schimmel ist. Die Treppe ist gefährlich, wackelt und sehr steil.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, toller Ausblick, Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung, hervorragend. Guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Spaziergänge in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die schönen Gartenmöbel sehr genossen. Wir hatten damit gerechnet, dass der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, leider ist jedoch der Teil zum Nachbargarten nur durch eine Hecke getrennt, sodass es den Hunden durchaus möglich gewesen wäre, durch die Hecke zu den Nachbarn zu gelangen. Hier wäre ein kleiner Zaun sinnvoll. Ansonsten hat uns persönlich drinnen lediglich ein Wasserkocher gefühlt und evtl ein Toaster. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, haben wir das Souterrain nicht benutzt, aber wir haben uns gewundert, warum nur 2 Weingläser da,waren, da, die Wohnung ja für bis zu 6 Personen ausgelegt ist. Aber das sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten , es war wirklich sehr schön
