Modern Luxury Villa with Private Pool, Slide & Outdoor BBQ Kitchen

Welcome to your private getaway! This beautifully designed modern villa offers comfort, space, and resort-style amenities—perfect for families, couples, or group retreats.

The home features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom:
• Primary King Suite: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom
• Second King Suite: King bed, private en-suite bath, plus a dedicated office/workspace
• Family Suite: King bed plus two queen bunk beds—ideal for families—also with a private en-suite bathroom

The open-concept living space is over 2200 sq. ft. including a full indoor kitchen, large dining area, and a bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool. The living room sofa converts to a super comfy bed, with extra blankets conveniently stored inside. An air mattress and crib are also available upon request.

Step outside to enjoy the private pool with slide, an outdoor BBQ kitchen, dining area, and shaded seating & umbrella—perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings.

Additional amenities include:
• Extra ½ guest bathroom
• Laundry room
• Outdoor fitness equipment (pull-up bar, dumbbells, sandbags, workout bands, yoga mats).
• Beach chairs and beach tent.
• Games and kids’ toys in the living room
Water Slide Fun!

The owners are highly involved and take great pride in keeping the home immaculately clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Please note: There are 3 of the 10 villas still currently being built in the development. They do have tall construction fences for ultimate privacy. The entrance road will be paved eventually but like many roads in Turks it is a little bumpy, but only 1/8 of a mile or less to main paved road. Owners do have a jeep on-site that may be an option to rent, please reach out for more info.

Amanda was a great host. Very accessible and helpful leading up to the trip and easy to communicate with while there. The house was beautiful and fully stocked with high end everything. Renting her Jeep was a home run too.

Pink Pineapple Villa is family owned. We fell in love with Turks and Caicos after visiting several other islands and decided this is the best island and water in the Caribbean hands down. We take great pride in this villa as it is our second home. You will notice it is well-maintained and has so many extras that will make you feel like home in paradise.

Why they chose this property

When this development came up for sale, we knew it was exactly what we have been searching for. The location was private and perfect as it was right by Grace Bay and our favorite Beach Access plus all the restaurants and shopping. There are very few single family homes right near downtown Grace Bay and we are so lucky to have found this one!

What makes this property unique

We designed this villa with families and groups in mind. It is in a safe gated community. Private Pool and waterslide for the kiddos! Lots of sleeping options for multiple families. Since it is our second home, the villa is well-maintained, well-stocked with everyday desires and clean!!!
