About this property

This bright and friendly furnished apartment is quietly located in the old town. All windows face the back of the building - no cars or trams can be heard.

But you can enjoy the romantic view over the roofs of the old town to the Schlossberg.

Air conditioning, a beautiful balcony and a kitchen with good facilities are also available, as is satellite TV and WiFi. The apartment also has the rare luxury of an elevator in the old town.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. A room with a queen-size double bed (160 x 200 cm), one with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a room with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm).

The location of the apartment is an ideal starting point to explore the surrounding streets and get to know the surroundings. Back in the apartment you can relax with a cool glass of rosé and baguette on the balcony or in the cozy living-dining room.

The apartment is very central and particularly quiet in the old town. Buses and the newly developed tramway connect you to all cities and sights of the Côte d'Azur, as well as directly to the airport.

Right next door there is a huge, beautiful park with exotic and regional plants, playgrounds and water fountains. From here you can walk "in the countryside" through the park to the sea.There is a local recreation area on the Schlossberg. In this park there are sports facilities, viewpoints and playgrounds. In addition to the shady and quiet paths, bubbling brooks run.

The port and the port area of Nice, where fantastic yachts can be marveled at, can be reached very easily on foot or recently by tram. The port district (called Petit Marais) is the new in-quarter of Nice with many very good restaurants, bars and individual shops. In summer there are boat connections from the port to Menton, Monaco, Cannes and Saint Tropez.

Peut mieux faire....

Appartement très bien situé à l'entrée du Vieux Nice, assez confortable et agréable. Dommage qu'il soit mal entretenu: les portes-fenêtres du salon ne ferment pas bien, car voilées; un des volets roulants ne fonctionne pas, 1 seule télécommande sur 3 fonctionne, rendant le chauffage aléatoire ; la nappe de la table à manger ainsi que la vaisselle étaient sales! L'ascenseur est en panne depuis le 27/12/2023 et nous n'étions pas informés, l'appartement se situe au 4e étage et pour 2 d'entre nous ayant plus de 80 ans, la montée et descente étaient très pénibles! La femme de ménage est entrée dans l'appartement en notre absence sans notre autorisation. Le gérant de l'appartement a reconnu qu'il a été informé de la panne de l'ascenseur une semaine avant notre arrivée mais ne nous a pas prévenu pour autant. Il semble vouloir justifier tous ces manquements par le fait que l'appartement n'est pas cher...! Cet argument est consternant. Il y a eu de la négligence et le bien-être des locataires ne semble pas avoir été une priorité pour le loueur.

Great Location, Clean, Comfortable

Overall, this was a wonderful place! Awesome location, close to everything, super convenient to public transportation which is very easy to navigate! You are on the edge of old town to enjoy all the walking streets and 5 min walk to the water and promenade! The apt has 3 bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 with 2 twins. The beds are pretty comfortable. Pillows just ok. Kitchen is small, but has everything you need. FYI, if you like to cook, the fire alarm easily goes off when you are sautéing on the stove. Just fan it with a living room pillow. Open the kitchen window above door which helps with the ventilation. The patio gives a lovely view!! The apt is on the 4th (5th in US standard) floor with an elevator. The elevator is finicky. There were 2-3 days that it was not working and my mom had to do the stairs. We called Stephen and he got someone out to fix it. It just took some time. Not bad as some of walked the steps the whole time, but if that is difficult for you, just be ware. And use the elevator gingerly. We just put one person on it at a time. Stephen was very nice when we met him at the house. I just wish there was more communication about the place and directions, address, etc to the place before we arrived. Since you don’t have Wi-Fi when you first arrive it was difficult to communicate via WhatsApp right when we got there. I wish all the details of the house and directions from airport were spelled out in an email communication before we left. That would be my only feedback, otherwise it was a lovely stay and would highly recommend the place, city and location!! Way more fun and close to lots of restaurants than other areas listed around nice.

Superbe séjour à Nice

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Nice en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement, à l'entrée du Vieux Nice et à 2 pas du tram, très pratique. Mais aussi le calme, la propreté, la fraîcheur en plein été, les différents équipements qui nous ont permis de nous sentir comme à la maison. Merci encore pour tout, c'était juste parfait !

Séjour charmant dans le Vieux Nice

Appartement très agréable et bien situé dans le vieux Nice. Nous avons apprécié sa proximité avec les commerces et la Promenade des Anglais. Stefan est resté très disponible quand nous avons eu besoin de son aide pour accéder à la propriété et aussi pour des questions sur le chauffage (nous avons séjourné en hiver)

Optimal Lage mit super toller Unterkunft

Lage der Wohnung optimal gelegen. 10Minuten zum Strand, vor der Haustüre die Altstadt mit sämtlichen Möglichkeiten. Park zum Gassi gehen direkt über die Straße. Wohnung für 6 Personen mit Hund gerade richtig, Wohnung ist tadellos und sehr zu empfehlen.
