In the picturesque village of Cala Pi, on the southern cliffs of Mallorca, lies Casa Estrella de Mar with a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Cabrera.



The charming holiday home has a living room with a dining area, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 additional toilet, as well a well-equipped kitchen arranged on one level and can accommodate 4 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a satellite TV, 2 baby cots (on request), 2 high chairs for children (on request) and a parking space on the property.



The windows and doors of the bungalow (no stairs) are protected against break-in.



On the terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a 60m² saltwater pool with a shower with warm water you can spend relaxing holidays outside. The approx. 1,400 m² large property is surrounded by shrubs, palms, and hedges so that your privacy is guaranteed. A supermarket and numerous restaurants are in the center of Cala Pi, which is less than 2 km from the holiday home. The beautiful Torre de Cala Pi and the bay of Cala Pi are near the city center and can be reached in just a few minutes by car.



The average electricity consumption (without air conditioning) per day is approx. 10 kWh and will not be charged.

He pays the deposit minus the electricity costs (only if they amount to more than 15 KWh/day).
