Finca Oriolla is located in the quiet countryside around Artà and at only about 2 kilometres distance from this beautiful small town in the Northeast of Mallorca. The town offers a picturesque old town with pedestrian zone, restaurants, the typical local coffee houses and very nice boutiques. At about 12 kilometres distance is the lively seaside resort of Cala Ratjada. The fishermen's village offers a nice harbour and a long seaside promenade with cafés and restaurants as well as various beaches. Within 15 minutes travelling distance are more beaches like Cala Bona, Canyamel and Son Serra de Marina in the oposite direction. The area around Artà offers a range of demanding tours for bikers and hikers and several golf courses.

Finca Oriolla is a sunny holiday home with a lot of flair and modern interiors. It offers 3 bedrooms and 3 beautiful bathrooms.

On the ground floor there is an ample living room with wood-burning oven and access to the terrace. The fully fitted kitchen with dining area is next to the living room and is also fitted with doors to the terrace. One twin bedroom and a full bathroom complete the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite and one twin bedroom also with a bathroom en-suite. Both have access to private terraces with marvellous views of the countryside.

All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer (14:00-16:00 h and 20:00-08:00 h)

Finca Oriolla is surrounded by nice gardens with lawns and Mediterranean plants and trees. Next to the pool there is a naturally shaded pergola with a dining table and a sun terrace, which is partially shaded by trees. Parking is available on the grounds.

Children are welcome, a cot and a highchair are available free on request.
Any extra high chair will be charged with 25 € per week, an extra cot with 45 € per week. Both need to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival.
No pets please.
