We really enjoyed our stay and Clotildo was wonderful at keeping in touch. He used translate very well to communicate and greeted us when we arrived. Apartment was clean and the location was perfect for us.

Rustige eenvoudige accommodatie, vlakbij strand en winkels.

Pros: Fijne locatie, rustig, alles op loopafstand, mooi gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Cons: De bedden en kussens waren hard en oncomfortabel, met plastic beschermhoezen. 1 grote kakkerlak in de keuken.

Pros: Tilo ist super nett gewesen. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt 5min fußläufig zur Strandpromenade. Der Pool ist sauber und nicht überfüllt (waren Ende April dort) Zum weiterempfehlen.

Our winter sun

We booked this from a listing on the website Home Away but the admin came from bookiply and through VRBO which meant we were dealing with 2 agents it seems. Secondly the property was listed as having satellite tv which it didn't only a cheap digital box which had no English channels and the tv only had Spanish channels too. We were very disappointed as we were there for over 3weeks and the satellite was one main reason for choosing this property. Thirdly the owner who seemed affable couldn't speak any English which again said he did on the website. He used an app on his phone to translate what he wanted to say and clearly didn't understand anything we said. So trying to explain about the tv was difficult. To be fair he took the tv and digital box away but sadly it wasn't any better after returning it. The bottom line is the digital box is the most basic and the antenna showed as weak on all of the channels we wanted to watch so couldn't get any. This really spoiled our stay as we only ever got to watch 1 film which was broadcast in it's original English format, from an Italian channel we happened upon by chance whilst trawling through all the foreign channels. Last but not least the shower leaked after use so we had to mop up the floor each time it was used that's when there was enough hot water for two people to shower. We won't be returning to this property.

We note your comments regarding the satellite tv; tv channels that can be received will vary in different countries and will depend on the type of receiver that they have. Often in other European countries, they won't have English tv channels. We are sorry it spoiled your stay and will take it into consideration to further improve the property. HomeAway changed their name to VRBO, so although you booked via their website, they are one and the same company. Bookiply is the Channel Manager for the company.
