Welcome to Villas Töcu CASA PEREZOSO. A place full of peace and quiet surrounded by nature. Overlooking Arenal Volcano. Close to all the amenities offered by La Fortuna and the Fortuna River Waterfall and the world-famous hot springs of the Arenal Volcano. Our beautiful villa will be waiting for you to enjoy the relaxing sound of the Fortuna River from its terrace, balconies, and swimming pool. We offer private river access. Our Villa is totally private for your group.
The space
Villas Töcu - CASA PEREZOSO is a beautiful villa in the middle of the jungle, but very close, 2.8 kilometers, to La Fortuna Central Park. In the nearby area, there are several restaurants and supermarkets. The bedrooms have air conditioning and the rest of the house has fans to cool off when it's hot. There are large windows with mosquito nets, so you can open the doors and windows, without most of the insects that might be in the jungle entering. Casa Perezoso is the ideal place for your rest and relaxation with the sound of the river, which elevates the senses to a higher level. You can't miss the experience of being in this beautiful house next to the Fortuna River and enjoying the view of Arenal Volcano from different areas of the house.
The house is ready for up to 6 guests. The rate is set for 4 guests; the 2 additional guests will incur an extra charge.

Other things to note
If you like adventure and exercise, try our private trails that lead to the Fortuna River. The experience of bathing in its crystal clear waters is unmissable. We have direct access to the river. It's advisable to wear suitable shoes for walking in the water and rocks. Be careful and walk with caution. Never enter the river if it is raining; a wall of water could come.
Also, the famous El Salto pool is only 1.5 kilometers from Villas Töcu and the renowned Fortuna River Waterfall is only 2.5 kilometers from our property.

Our neighborhood is a very quite and safe area, with little hotels, beautifull houses and several attractions nearby. We are sorrounded by nature, but a few minutes away from La Fortuna down town and all of it´s amenities and services.
What makes this property unique
We offer you a spectacular villa with all you need to be comfortable and relaxed, with an amazing view of the Arenal Volcano from your private pool and patio area. You can also just relax yourself over the resting net sorrounded by our fantastic gardens and the forest, where you can enjoy the sounds of nature. Or, if you preffer, you can try the private trails to the river and have a natural bath in it´s refreshing waters.
